Newsletter
Every week during the term this letter takes one idea from that week’s BUSI 103 session and works it out from scratch - what the concept says, and what it lets you see that you could not see without it. No prior course is assumed. Then it turns to the news: three or four recent articles from outlets worth reading, each with a short note on what the week’s idea helps you notice in it.
It is written for my students first. If you are enrolled, an issue should be readable before class and useful during it; each one names the session it goes with, and closes with a note on getting past the paywalls through the library. But nothing here assumes you are in the room. If you are simply interested in how business ideas show up in the news, you can start with any issue and follow it.
Issues are dated by construction and their outbound links go stale over time, so they live here rather than mixed into the blog, which is where the longer, evergreen essays are. To follow along without checking back, subscribe to the feed at /newsletter/index.xml in any RSS reader.
